Perfectly amazing application that beats the limitation of background change in win 7 starter done officially and intentionally by microsoft .... Installs silently (no start menu or disktop shortcut) ... just right-click your disktop you will find the personalisation button just like any other edition of windows ... it will open the program .. then enjoy any other background instead of the boring original one ... I rate it 10/10 thanks for the post
