This app works terrifically. Don't worry if you speak French. The app itself is in English; only the installer is in French, and if you visit How-To Geek (howtogeek.com) and search for "Starter Background Changer", you'll see a helpful page about the couple of buttons you need to click in the installer. It's worth your time!

- Does what it says. Free.
Cons
- You have to click a couple of buttons that are in French, but it's easy if you take a minute to check the How-To Geek page.
