well freinds , I have samsung N150 netbook and it has a pre-installed Windows 7 starter ....... well after using this software , I can not only change my wallpaper , but sound schemes,colors and screensavers too...........it works really great ......the only disadvantage its has that it can't bring that AERO translucent effect....and don't worry about the French.......just proceed as you do install in English .....am I sure you will also feel that you computer is personalized ,like I do .....I highly recommend it
